COXREELS SD Series "Static Discharge" cable reels are built heavy duty and designed for long lasting performance. They are specifically design to be used in combustible environments where the static buildup could ignite a spark and subsequent explosion. Coxreels' proprietary "CPC" powder coat finish; 1" solid steel center shaft; multi-position arm guide; cartridge style spring motor; non-sparking locking device; multiple mounting positions

EASY MAINTENANCE: Lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor ensures safe convenient upkeep. A 1/4" steel dual pedestal-style base, provides stability and reliability. Noncorrosive stainless steel spring, pawl and zinc plated rachet.

SAFETY FIRST: Designed with CNC-spun discs with ribbed edges, our static discharge cable holder ensures strength, durability and operator safety! Includes galvanized 7x7 cable, ball stop and 50-amp grounding clamp.

CONVENIENT VERSATILITY: Features also include an adjustable non-sparking lock ratchet mechanism secures cable at the desired length and chip-resistant CPC powder coat finish excluding the base to perfectly ground the reel for a stress-free workflow.
