A leaky Liberty Garden Hose Reel likely means it has worn orings.  They are easy and cheap to replace. If your garden hose connections are tight and you don't have cracked tubes from winter freeze then it's probably the o-rings. Regular Pricetronic rubber seals or hardware store orings work for a while but have a much shorter life than these longer lasting OEM type seals.  These new seals are the same SAE sizes and wear-resistant rubber that comes from hose reel manufacturers. This kit includes 2 sets (total 4 orings) to repair a leak inside a Liberty 4007, 4009, or 4010 swivel hose reel,plus a stainless steel snapring for the swivel.
