If your hose reel is leaking at the base, it may
be a quick fix by replacing the o-rings!
Please read the information below before placing your order. How do I ensure this is the correct size for my hose reel?

If your original o-rings are white and blue , and your hose reel parts look like the one pictured, these should fit!

Maybe your o-rings are black and you're not sure if they have been replaced in the past. This o-ring set will fit the models listed below but is not a complete list. If your model number is not listed, please ask Suncast which o-ring color you need to repair your specific hose reel. If they confirm you need a blue + white o-ring, this is the correct set to buy.

You need one smaller and one larger o-ring for a repair. You can repair your leaky hose reel up to 3 times with this purchase

Replacing the o-rings didn't fix my leak. The new o-rings are not the same size as my original o-rings.
O-rings can be exposed to many environmental factors such as high heat that may affect the size or shape of your original o-rings. There is no guarantee that replacing your o-rings will fix your leak. There may be other underlying reasons your hose reel is leaking. The leak may also be from the supply hose (short hose that connects hose reel to the spigot). Please contact Suncast to troubleshoot further. (support.suncast.com) When will I get my items? Your items are prepared/sent out from New York within 2 business days of your order. To provide free shipping, items are sent via  USPS First Class Mail in a standard envelope with no tracking. Orders with a quantity of 4 or more are sent with tracking. Please expect your items in your standard postal mail. You may experience slow delivery/transport from USPS as their delivery standards have changed as of 2022. Please allow for additional delivery time - especially for orders placed on the weekend. Contact me if you haven't received your delivery in a reasonable time. How do I replace the o-rings?

Turn off water to reel 

Remove the front plastic cap by pushing the cap down 

Gently pull the reel outwards 

Remove existing o-rings and note where they are located

Clean the area

O-ring lubricant or plumbers grease is highly recommended  

The larger o-ring should go on first - closest to the wall

Smaller o-ring goes second - on the front
